ReplyChair provides a free tool that generates suggested replies to online reviews, and an optional paid "Review Concierge" subscription. Suggested replies are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing and posting your own replies, including ensuring they're accurate and compliant for your business.

Payment, cancellation, refunds
The Review Concierge is $9/month, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — just ask.
Acceptable use
Don't use ReplyChair to post deceptive, fake, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ReplyChair isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.
